4. I think 000Webhost would be a better place out of a, b, and c above to keep information about articles. My main reasoning is that 000 seems like it would be an ideal place to host a personal website. The Vdrive and CSIS server should be used to house more school related information, or class work. Since 000 is built for websites and web hosting, I feel there are many more resources availiable in that workspace. I mean, 000 has its own website builder function, which screams "outside world" interaction, which is what you want for an article.

• I chose VDrive to host this assignment. To me, it just seemed to be the simplest option. I could just write up my code wherever I wanted, and then just copy and paste the file into there. I thought it might also be easier to create a folder in the VDrive to hold all my stylesheets, so I created a css folder in there as well. Long story short, VDrive just seemed simpler for this one.
